Role & Responsibilities
As the Lead UX Architect I lead a team of designers, made up of both UI and UX Designers in working sessions with the Ford Credit AM Agile Product Team. I partnered with the Product Managers, Product Owners to create a UX Architecture for a re-invisioned Account Manager experience. I then collaborated with Visual Designers to bring it to life. I was responsible for managing the relationship between the design team and the product team. I attended all scrum ceremonies and lead daily design meetings and weekly reviews with stakeholders including upper management at Ford. This work won a J.D Power Award – beating out the rest of the auto industry for a vehicle account management experience.
